Emily Glynn is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with vast experience working with children who have varying skills and abilities. She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed by the state of New Jersey.
Prior to joining the Core Therapies team, Emily worked in private practice as well as at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and in New Jersey public schools. Emily specializes in Speech, Language, Fluency, and Hearing Loss. She has received numerous certifications and trainings in P.R.O.M.P.T®, Talk Tools®, Lidcombe Fluency Program, Picture Exchange Communication System™ (PECS™), American Sign Language, Integrated Listening Systems (iLs)®, Accent Modification, S.O.S Approach® to Feeding, Social Skills Instruction, and many more. Emily has been voted as one of New Jersey Family’s Favorite Kids’ Docs™.
Emily graduated from the University of Connecticut with her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences. She continued her studies at the University of Connecticut and received her Master of Arts in Communication Sciences specializing in Speech-Language Pathology.
Through her knowledge and skills, Emily develops individualized therapy programs based on the etiology of the deficit and chooses the most advanced therapy technique to enhance effectiveness and yield success. She is a fun, loving, and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to helping others communicate and reach their goals.
