Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is comprised of a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. Like all styles of yoga, Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body. Yin Yoga and Meditation
An invitation to find your inner peace. Set in calm and contemplative space, this is an opportunity for you to benefit from an hour of sacred space, move deeper into your breath and body and awaken the quality of profound self-acceptance. Yin postures are seated or reclined and intended to be held to allow the gentle stretch of connective tissues with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility, organ health, immunity and emotional well-being. The class ends with group meditation.
