Beginner Yoga

Connect your body and mind with pranayama (breathing) and the asanas (yoga postures) with this beginner vinyasa (flow) class. Vinyasa yoga links the breath to the movement of the body, flowing through a sequence of yoga postures. In this class, students will learn the basics of sun salutations, pranayama and the asanas that will begin to build a foundation for a vinyasa flow practice. Learning the correct alignment of the asanas, students will deepen the connection of body with breath while building strength, increasing flexibility and quieting the mind. A great choice for the novice as well as the experienced yogi who wants to get back to basics.


Prenatal Yoga

Mamas to be will be led through a gentle moving flow with a focus on the breath. Our prenatal yoga classes are not just a modified vinyasa class, they give women room to learn about her pregnant body through movement and specialized poses that will help prepare her for labor, delivery and having a newborn. An opportunity for introductions and discussion will start our class and class will end with a rejuvenating guided relaxation. Mamas can attend as early in their pregnancy as they feel ready and during their postpartum weeks with a doctors or midwife's clearance. No experience is necessary and mats and props are provided.


Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a class that is inclusive for all levels of flexibility, coordination and strength.  This class is softer, nurturing, slow-paced and well-supported. It will provide a compassionate, non-competitive environment and is open to all.


Vinyasa Flow

A Vinyasa class is both a great place to start and to continue challenging yourself. Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is comprised of a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. Like all styles of yoga, Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body. Working from your breath and moving outward, you can expect to create strength and flexibility throughout your entire body.


Therapeutic Vinyasa with Mindful Meditation

This class will be a special experience that will include yoga in its most authentic and therapeutic form.  Mindful meditation and teachings of yoga philosophy will be introduced.



Anusara yoga class is open to all levels. It is a life affirming yoga system rooted in the tantric philosophy of instrinsic goodness as the essence of everything in life. With precise Universal Principles of Alignment, Anusara empowers you to safely align the inner and outer body and fully awaken your highest potential. As an artistic expression from the inside out, the practice is oriented around the heart. Anusara is therapeutic, healing and invites you to experience deep connection and transformation on and off the mat.


Yin Yoga and Meditation

An invitation to find your inner peace.  Set in calm and contemplative space, this is an opportunity for you to benefit from an hour of sacred space, move deeper into your breath and body and awaken the quality of profound self-acceptance.  Yin postures are seated or reclined and intended to be held to allow the gentle stretch of connective tissues with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility, organ health, immunity and emotional well-being.  The class ends with group meditation.
